Cardiac Rehabilitation Services

Our program consists of two phases that last between eight and 12 weeks in which you will work with a physician, a registered nurse and a physical therapist.

Program features:

  • Comprehensive evaluation and a customized exercise plan
  • Supervised exercise sessions in a safe, monitored environment
  • Education on nutrition, stress management and heart health
  • Personalized exercise tailored to your interests, needs and abilities
